Chaplain’s Invitation

On behalf of the Catholic community at SVSU I extend this invitation to join us when we worship, and serve our Blessed Lord, Jesus Christ on campus.

The Catholic Church is over 2000 years old, and has reached the ends of the earth to bring the Good News of Christ to all who will listen. She has shared her Scriptures, offered her sacraments, and taught her wisdom to every land to which she has arrived. Along the way she has advanced music, art, architecture, philosophy, education, science, and so much more.

Our ministry at SVSU is charged to present our ancient traditions, teach the Truth of Jesus Christ, and foster devotion among the students, faculty, and staff on campus.  All of this is done to fulfill the mission the Son of God gave all the Church: “Go out to all the world and make disciples of all nations.” (Matthew 28:19)

So if you wish to know more about Jesus Christ, and the Church he gave us  or attend one of our events on campus, reach out to me.

Through the intercession of the Blessed Mother, Saint John Paul II, and all the saints, may God bless you, and keep you; may his face shine upon; may he look upon you kindly, and give you peace.
